Kleiman v. Wright
From Satoshipedia, the Satoshi Mail encyclopedia
Kleiman v. Wright was a civil case in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, case 9:18-cv-80176, brought against Craig Wright by Ira Kleiman, as personal representative of the estate of David Kleiman, and by W&K Info Defense Research, LLC.[1][2]
On 6 December 2021 the jury awarded W&K $100 million on one count, conversion of intellectual property. It found for Wright on the other claims and rejected all of the estate's claims.[2]
The case is separate from COPA v Wright, the 2024 English case that decided Wright is not Satoshi.
